I am back....

Hello friends! I haven't updated this in so long I had to start all over to remember how..

I have been busy painting all summer and selling many of my paintings on EBAY..my name to look for there is ...2cute4words...always try to keep an auction going. Check it out!

I have stacks of new art work, doing a line of cards all our dog friends and a new line of cards directed to men only...humm..you will have to wait on this one until i get a trade mark set up.

Now I am knitting for the holidays and trying to store up energy to get the yard put to bed for the fall..

Health wise I have the same old good and bad days..always tired and run down but try to over come it..

Anyway, coome back and check on me..I will try to get some pictures on here for yo umeanwhile those with a myspace account can see all my art..

DOG Artists and DOG LOVERS~~Looky here!!

Well....

Ok I did it, i took out the long built in cabinet and moved it to the art room..refilled it and I am ..semi pleased..of course, now I have to sand and paint the wall that was behind it and cut wood to fill in where they put the wood floor in around it.

Makes more room and I will at some point get it how I like it. Next project a rustic coffee table from vintage bed rails..I can see it trust me, it will look great.

I need to go online and sign up for a bunch of DIY shows where they come in a redo a room...I would have to hold them hostage for about a month to get everything done, but when i get out of jail the house will look GREAT!

Demo Mood

Every once in a while I look around a room that I was satisfied with 20 minutes earlier and decide it has to be redone. Where this comes from I have no idea my Mother didn't move her furniture except to move. Today I woke up with demo in mind..remove the bottom of a built in unit and put it inthe art room for supplies..makes perfect sense BUT what is behind this unit that is in the livingroom?

I removed the bathroom vanity 2 weeks ago to put in a pedestal sink unit that I can't afford right now..but the cabinet is gone and the tile floor is beautiful and ready for the new sink.

I will study this idea but I know I will do it...

Demo is easy and fun, it's all the putting back that isn't..

I have built 3 built in bookcases lately for my husbands library with 3 more to go..I love me a power drill!

Well, I need to go stare at this unit to figure out my mod of destruction......will keep you posted

Knitting Group

Today I got out for the first time in a while and had a great time withthe girls. We have a small knitting group that meets twice a month to chat, bitch and stitch..great fun.

I painted 3 more dogs this morning..will have them on line soon as my son shows me how to do it..I am such a old fart when it comes to computer stuff..but I am trying..my son would say, "that's for sure!"..whatever..I survived 4 teenagers I wear a purple heart..

Paint clothes?

Remember when you came home from Church or school and Mom said, "Put on your play clothes" ?? Well, adults don't listen to their own voices..I have paint on everything I own...my paint clothes range from my nightgown to my coat.

I have been painting this morning and managed to block in 4 paintings..I realized a while back that I dream in color. My husband dreams in shades of grey. Are your dreams in color? It is weird when I am in a painting mood my dreams are even brighter and more colorful. I wake up with paintings already in my head. This morning it was chairs and garden trellis..mostly in bright white..with greens and pinks...

How do you see the world today?

Oh, and the dogs of the day are Cockapoo, Bulldog, and a Chihuahua puppy and of course a JRT..
